Shipping policy

Any date or time quoted for delivery is given as an estimate only and the Make me a Label Ltd shall:
1. not be liable for any loss damage howsoever arising by any matter beyond its reasonable control from failure to deliver on or by such stated date or at such stated time;
2. if found liable for loss or damage arising from failure to deliver on such stated date or at such stated time shall be liable only for loss limited to the excess (if any) over the price of the goods of the cost to the Customer of similar goods in the cheapest available market.
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once delivery is made.
If a delivery is visibly damaged on receiving of goods you should sign for them as ‘damaged’. If unable to check the contents of a delivery you should sign for them as ‘unchecked’.
You should report any damages or shortages within 10 days (working days) to sales@makemealabel.com. Make me a Label Ltd may be unable to act on reports received after this period.
Make me a Label Ltd will deliver items via a 3rd party courier of our choice.
Make me a Label Ltd will deliver to your specified delivery address, and will not take responsibility for any mistakes made by you concerning these details. Any charges incurred for incorrectly sending out items based on information provided by you will be charged to you.
If a delivery when attempted is unable to be made by the 3rd party courier a calling card will be left with details of how to claim your parcel. Failure to complete a delivery by you will result in you covering any charges that have been incurred by Labelmetrics.co.uk. If the customer requires the re-delivery of goods a cost delivery charge will be applied.
The Customer agrees that any failure of the Company to make any delivery (including part-delivery of an order providing for delivery by instalments or by call-off) shall not entitle the Customer to cancel or suspend any subsequent or other delivery or contract.
